Check a daily chart of your yoga and your behaviour. Check to see whether you did any disservice. Always ask your heart: How much do I remember the Father? Am I using my time successfully? Do I look at others? Is my heart attached to anyone's name or form?

Essence for dharna:
1. Do not perform any such acts that the Father of this yagya would be defamed. Perform good acts with the righteous intellect you have been given by the Father. Never cause sorrow for anyone.

2. Do not ask one another about useless news. Only speak about things of this knowledge amongst yourselves. Renounce speaking lies, being devilish and breaking up homes. Let only jewels of this knowledge emerge from your mouth. Neither listen to nor speak of evil things.

Blessing:
May you be a conqueror of Maya and become a conqueror of the world by transforming your enemies, the five vices, and making them co-operative.

A victorious person definitely transforms the form of his enemy. So, you also transform your enemies, the vices, and make them into their co-operative form, so that they constantly continue to salute to you. Transform the vice of lust into good wishes, anger into spiritual intoxication, greed into being beyond temptation, attachment into love and arrogance of your body into self-respect. You will then become a conqueror of Maya and a conqueror of the world.
